Cartridge Options Explained

Cartridges all patina darkened to aid in identification.

Description

Set of three .50-90 Sharps dummy rounds / snap caps / fake bullets.  This large cartridge was designed specifically for hunting buffalo in the western United States.  It was made famous by Billy Dixon in 1874 during the Second Battle of Adobe Walls when he made a 1,538 yard shot with a Sharps chambered in 50-90.
Great for safely function checking, as an addition to your western kit, or display with your fine piece of American history.
Available with spent primers remaining, empty primer pockets, holes drilled in the cases, or rubber inserts added to the primer pockets.

A “hard to find” item. Thought I’d have to make my own, but these are just what I had in mind. They replicate live rounds and are very well made. An excellent product.
