1x 50rd belt for the MG42 / M53 / MG3.  Works with both 8×57 (8mm) and .308 (7.62 NATO).

With this option steel BB’s (ball bearings) are added to the cartridges. This makes them rattle when shaken, aiding in identification as inert, snap caps.

Cartridges all patina darkened to aid in identification.

Description

1x 50rd belt for the MG42 / M53 / MG3.  Works with both 8×57 (8mm) and .308 (7.62 NATO).  These were designed to hook together to form a belt of 250 rounds to fill an ammo can or used individually in assault drums.

Post-war, but they look the same as the ones used in World War Two.
